Do you ship internationally?

At this time we are only shipping within the USA. This may change in the future.

What are your shipping charges?

We offer a flat rate shipping fee of $5.99
FREE local pickup -to chose local pickup - at checkout under “Order Options” check the “Pick Up” tab.
And FREE shipping on all orders $200 or more

What is your return policy?

All sales are final with one exception: if you receive an item that is broken or defective just email our customer service at connect@sagedstone.com with a photo of the item.

Are any of your crystals man-made ?

That would be a big fat NO! We will never carry man-made or dyed crystals. We personally feel man-made crystals do not carry the same energy as the ones from Momma Earth.

Is your Sage and Palo Santo harvested sustainably ?

Absolutely! We did a lot of research when it came to choosing vendors for our Sage and Palo Santo. Our White Sage is not harvested from public lands, but instead grown by a family owned farm. Our Palo Santo is harvested in Ecuador only after a tree has naturally fallen and then has laid in forest floor for 6-10 years. Trees are also replanted to replace those that fell. I feel confident in the vendors we chose and so can you.
That being said please still be mindful when using these sacred items.

How do I schedule a session with you?

At this time, you just shoot us an email to connect@sagedstone.com and we will arrange a mutually convenient time. We are hoping to integrate online scheduling in the future.

Why do you call it “Crystal Therapy” and not “Crystal Healing”?

Technically they are the same thing. The word “healing” brings up a lot of misconceived ideas of what is going on in a session. I am not healing anyone…I am not the “Healer”, but a conduit for self healing with the extra help of Crystal and/or Reiki energy.
